Formed in 1996 by David Rohm and a friend, Sensitive Image creates distinctive, original alternative rock music. Contemporary rock with a generous amount of grunge. Up-tempo and in your face.

Described as images of what they feel and believe, the bands songs are filled with emotion and meaning. "Things that we go through are what we write about," Rohm says. "We're teenagers… we have a lot to write about." Everyone contributes. Rohm writes most of the songs and then the others develop their parts to make a personal statement with an overall cohesive sound. "If we sound like something you've already heard or not like anything you've ever heard, it doesn't matter. What's important is that each song sounds like what's right for us." Kris Kelley (3/83) guitar & vocals Like Dave, Kris is strongly influenced by contemporary bands like Silverchair and Third Eye Blind.

Josh Hatfield (12/81) bass Josh, a school friend, whose father was a 70's rocker, has been playing guitar and bass most of his life.

Royce Sanders (7/80) drums Royce played percussion in his high school band before making the move to rock drums. He is strongly influenced by the band Tool.

The bands goals are simple, to continue developing creative, contemporary music with a personal style. To one day have a recording contract that provides them the opportunity to spend time in the studio perfecting their recordings, and to play lots of live shows and tour with top original rock bands. Through diligent personal and group practice and by taking advantage of every opportunity to perform live they feel their ability to develop personally as musicians and jointly as a band is unlimited.

David and a friend formed the band while both were playing violin in the school orchestra. The friend eventually grew tired of the demands of the band and dropped out. Kris Kelley, a long time friend and singer/guitarist who had played with another band, jumped at the opportunity to join Sensitive Image. His personality, style of music and vocals have proven a perfect match for the band. Since his addition, the bands stage presence has improved and the music is more driving.

The group is gaining recognition and a following in the Dallas metropolitan and surrounding areas. They have released their first CD entitled Fall on Reality, which is being met with a lot of enthusiasm by their growing number of fans. They perform regularly and have appeared at many venues in the Dallas area including the Vampire Lounge, Lone Star Club, and in the famed Deep Ellum district in such locations as the Galaxy Club, Curtain Club and Trees.
